Gratitude is the Conductor

In a world that feels like chaos, what is there to be thankful for? 🤷

In the flow of universal energy, gratitude is the conductor of abundance, a signal to the universe we are ready for more.

Gratitude is the conductor of abundance.

If we can cultivate gratitude and appreciation, we become increasingly aware of the positive aspects of our lives. Consider our president elect, for example. We may not like his behavior, but is it possible that some positive may come out of this choice?🤔 You may have to look deeply to see it. For me, a positive outcome is that artificial dyes may finally come out of our foods in the United States.

Yes, reader I know - politics is a touchy subject! But it is a major source of conflict, fear, and uncertainty right now.😟

The opposite of being in gratitude is being in perceived negativity. When we are in negativity, we repel abundance.

We are programmed to judge other people’s situations and reflect on how lucky we are to have what others do not. The problem with this is judgement, a judgement that we are better off. Judgement is a reflection of how we view ourselves, and this thinking is a negativity trap resulting from our own feelings of lack and scarcity.

Just because someone does not have what we have, does not mean they are unfulfilled or in discontent.

For me it is not “How lucky I am that I have X”, it feels more like “How grateful I am to experience this with humanity”. Feel into this for yourself and see if that feels true to you.

I am finding appreciation in our shared experiences. We were on the Boston subway, and Phyllis and Olivia were helping a woman from Buenos Aires get to the Museum of Fine Arts. As Phyllis and the woman were talking, a man of a different ethnicity joined the conversation, uninvited. I found gratitude for a shared experience with a stranger who was willing to share, of all places - on the subway!😊

I am grateful to you and our shared experience. From my heart to yours, thank you.🙏
