In the flow of universal energy, gratitude is the conductor of abundance, a signal to the universe we are ready for more.

There is peace and freedom in not knowing. Not knowing leaves room for other possibilities.

Social media is like a sticky syrup that we get caught in.

At its best, we are creating or appreciating something beautiful. At its worst, we experience fear and other negative feelings around what we are seeing.

There is worry and fear around the upcoming presidential elections. I believe that we cannot influence a higher vibrational outcome through fear, with statements like “this is what will happen when X is elected”. Both sides are using this fear narrative, the statements are threats to voters meant to influence one way or the other.

Do you believe you already have all the answers? You do! But the answers are not in your brain or your thinking mind, they’re in your heart. These are the big answers to the big questions.

Nature gives and receives without judgement.

If you believe money is the foundation of happiness and fulfillment, you will always be chasing it. Abundance is not experienced when we are in this way of thinking. When we are chasing money, we feel the opposite – we feel lack because we are always needing more.

It can be hard for us to price our service for what we are actually worth. We have unhealed ego fear telling us we are not worthy, not worth it.

By getting to love, we are lifting all of humanity. The effect is both personal and global, I know that sounds big - it is!

Is it possible that our world is based on our thoughts? That our world is a direct reflection of what is going on inside us?

What are heart based decisions and why do we need to know what they are? Heart based decisions and actions are seated in love and compassion in step with the universe, they go with the flow, resulting in long term fulfillment.

As an eternal soul we don’t have to worry about lack of anything. Everything is temporary, this life is a blip in infinity.

What is forgiveness? Forgiveness is the release of fear and conflict through love.

Through our “practice” of conscious release we can increase the moments we are in peace.

What is fulfillment in life? Do we need the approval of others to achieve fulfillment?

Who is the bad guy here?
